With over 15 years as a fitness professional working with diverse clients, I am skilled at lending support to help others meet their goals. I continuously seek out new education opportunities so I can best support you on your journey. My certifications include NSCA-CPT, ACE Certified Health Coach, RYT-200, NWI Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP), and all your favorite group fitness formats!
Health Coaching
My coaching practice is focused on making your well-being a priority and helping you sort through the mountains of health and wellness advice out there to figure out what works best for you!
Together, we will identify and use your strengths and values to give meaning to your goals. Sessions will focus on defining action steps, designing accountability strategies, and preparing for when things don't go as expected.
Fitness
My top goal for classes is that you always finish feeling better than when you started! With a focus on clear, easy-to-understand cues and demonstrations, I work to ensure that you feel successful from your very first class. I offer a variety of thoughtfully planned classes so you never get bored on your fitness journey!
